Justin is a graduate of George Mason University, with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Game Design. He has a knack for numbers and mathematics, and his passion for design was always evident even in childhood hobbies like drawing and building LEGO creations. These skills initially led him to the University of Virginia on a scholarship for mechanical engineering. However, he soon realized his passions lay elsewhere.

Justin transferred to GMU, and began to thrive, now able to apply both his artistic and his mathematic skills in the realm of game creation. While there, he continued to expand his skills in all aspects of game development, including art, programming, audio, and design. In addition, Justin worked on a variety of solo and group game projects through which he honed his skills in aspects like planning, team management, and leadership.

Through this comprehensive education, Justin has developed a diverse skill set that has equipped him to lead Star Otter, dedicated to creating innovative and engaging interactive experiences.
